REC Alpha Pure-RX and Alpha Pure-R
The Alpha Pure-RX is REC's higher-power residential Alpha model, currently reaching 470 W and 22.6% efficiency. Its 9 A module current is also intended to support compatibility with module-level power electronics.
The Alpha Pure-R is a slightly smaller residential format, currently published from 400 W to 430 W with up to 22.3% efficiency. Which format is more useful depends on the roof dimensions and complete array layout.
REC's standard Alpha Pure-RX product warranty is 20 years with a 25-year performance warranty. Eligible REC ProTrust installations can extend product coverage to 25 years and add labour coverage, subject to installer certification, registration, system size and other warranty conditions.
